All orders are subject to product availability, technical feasibility, and precise on-site measurements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if operational constraints arise.
2. Quotations, Pricing, and Measurements
All price estimates, quotations, and structural layouts provided initially are indicative and based on preliminary information or rough measurements shared by the client. Final pricing, material specifications, and exact costs will be confirmed only after a formal on-site visit, physical measurement, and mutual agreement. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, market dynamics, or custom client modifications.
3. Orders, Payments, and Advance Settlements
To initiate any custom manufacturing or construction work, an agreed advance payment must be paid by the client.
Payments can be made via authorized banking channels, bank transfers, cash, or digital UPI applications (such as PhonePe) using our official merchant QR codes.
Final payment installments must be cleared strictly as per the agreed schedule or upon successful delivery and installation, prior to final handover. Failure to clear payments on time may result in delayed installations or suspension of after-sales services.
4. Delivery, Installation, and Site Readiness
We strive to deliver and install products within the estimated timeframes; however, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, transport strikes, or site-side unreadiness will not render KN Enterprise liable for damages.
The client must ensure that the installation site is fully ready, clear of obstructions, and accessible for our technical and labor teams on the scheduled installation date. Any extra structural work required due to site unpreparedness will be charged additionally.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Product warranties, structural guarantees, and maintenance terms covering our uPVC profiles, hardware, glass fittings, or installation craftsmanship are governed strictly by the written agreement or official invoice provided at the time of purchase. Standard manufacturing warranties typically range from 1 to 5 years against major defects or structural warping, provided the product has been used and maintained correctly. Warranties become void in cases of unauthorized repairs, structural alterations, physical misuse, or external damages.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because our uPVC doors, windows, and glass partitions are custom-manufactured to precise site dimensions, orders cannot be canceled or modified once raw material procurement and production have officially commenced. Advance payments made for custom fabrication orders are generally non-refundable once production is underway.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
